Olga Mendscheritski
For over 20 years, I have been working at the intersection of business and IT. At EXASOL, a software company specialising in big data and analytics, I built up the support and professional services division. In this role, I gained an understanding of various industries and the challenges they face. I later moved to N-ERGIE, where I served as Head of Processes & Applications, responsible for energy industry processes and customer communication. My focus was on increasing automation, identifying and realising savings in IT and process costs, and establishing data analytics.
Since 2021, I have been working as an independent consultant, advising executives at utilities and energy companies. My goal: designing business processes that enable growth and higher customer and employee satisfaction. My experience spanning over two decades in the industry allows me to bridge the gap between business and IT, establish data-driven decision-making and sustainably optimise processes.
In my article series AI Without Hype, I write about the realistic use of AI in the energy sector, without buzzwords and without overpromising.
I am driven by the opportunity to contribute to business success through the optimal alignment of people, technologies and processes.
